Hawk picture resized

At Christmas time my dh & I buy ourselves our own gifts.This year I found the adobe photoshop elements 9 on sale at LACameras.The old version I took off,this one may be easier to use,I don`t know.I do know I was able to redo a hawk picture I took a couple of weeks ago.Hopefully I will figure out more as I make time to learn.There are several free photo editing sites on the internet,but I always expect a fast fix & when that doesn`t happen,I give up too easily,mainly because I don`t want to waste any of my time.I am happier with this picture now.

If only I could make the lighting a little different....
