Bluebirds! and some sort of warbler? and plenty of snow & ice

I was so surprised to look outside at the feeder today to see 2 bluebirds.Bandit barked & scared them, then they came back & I got a couple of shots.
I had to go to the old computer to redo the pics, now hopefully I can share them with you after transferring them on this computer.Sigh..I will get onto it,I have to hunt down my one disc,I believe, for pics.
Yesterday Ginger died in my arms.I was brushing her & clipping her fiber as I was behind in the grooming,& with losing Cloud on Sun.I wanted to make sure everyone was ok.She died, laid over on her side & I wasn`t even sure she died,so I held her for awhile,& yes,she did die.My friend,Sherry, had given her to me & asked me not to breed her,she has a hard time having babies,so I never did.She was housed with Dori till she became upset when Dori became pregnant last year,so I separated them. She has been happy & content since.
My dear sis in law prayed for me on the phone today, then the sighting of the bluebirds while we were still talking,we both knew the birds were a God sighting. It is very seldom that I get bluebirds at my feeder.Thank-you dear Lord...
Mittens goes back to the vet tomorrow, this place on her ear will not heal,it has been a year now that the vets & I have tried everything.I wonder if it is cancer.
Today is wild bird Wed.Go visit Stewart at this link to view birds from around the world.http://paying-ready-attention-gallery.blogspot.com

Sorry for your loss. And God is always around us, sometimes we are too distracted to notice.

Phyllis I am so sorry to hear about Ginger. Rabbits really are delicate creatures. I think she picked her time to go, in the arms of love.

The birds are just so wonderful and I to believe God sent you a sign in sending those bluebirds.

Phyllis have you tried oral antibiotics to clear up the sore behind his ear? My muffin had this from scratching there all the time. I treated he'd for earmites and a yeast infection and I had the put on one of those Elizabethan collars on her so she could not scratch it anymore. It drove her nuts but I finally got it to heal. Also has she been checked for an abcess (spelled wrong I know, but word check would not come up with the correct spelling)? I hope this might help.
