Last blooms





After I took pics of the greenhouse,I took a couple of some blooming plants left yet.We have not had frost yet.I love blues in a garden,the color is so restful & peaceful.

Do you ever dry the salvia? The photos are great.

I will try drying it this year.We have a local place to buy dried flowers,& they are very expensive.I have dried hydrangeas before with luck,also some roses.I need to put in a garden to grow flowers used in dying fleece too.oh,so much to do,so little time,hah,hah,phylliso

Oh...the salvia....I just saw a news special on salvia. It's legal in most states (they are trying to get a handle on that) and kids are buying it and smoking it. It makes them act crazy and hallucinate for a short period of time. They had videos that kids posted on youtube and it was so scary.

If it makes people act crazy then I suspect it isn't good for the animals.

we don`t give the salvia to animals,it`s just a pretty flower.I hung some in the greenhouse along with the sage & sweet annie,but the salvia isn`t drying well.I sprayed my roses with hair spray before they dried,I wonder if I should`ve done that with the salvia?phylliso
