I may have to finish uploading pics with blogger later...Here are the rest of pics to my former post.
Hunter looks very bored & sleepy.Maggie is surprisingly tolerant of Hunter being butt to butt with her.

Feeder watching,cookie baking,new friend

I made a new friend,Lora, over at webshots, you can find her prim store at www.backwoodstreasures.com.I haven`t uploaded photos over there since summer,I need to have more time!!!
I`ve been so busy caring for the children, had them more this past week ,so am still transitioning from fall to Christmas decor.I`ve been baking cookies too, they are gone as I make them.I may have to hide some somewhere.
Savannah turned 2 yesterday.I`m starting to potty train her.One day last week she had to have paper & a pen as she sat on her Dora potty,I wonder where she got THAT from? He,he!
I completed a fall stitchery but will probably put it away now till next year.I colored it in with fabric crayons.
It is snowing gently outside, the birds are feeding alot.We have a house finch who is looking ill, kinda puffed up.

bird watching

The migrating birds have been helped by the recent fronts coming thru our area. They use to weather to help them glide along to spend part of the year with us.The catbirds have arrived, the towees,a single hummingbird. The goldfinches have changed their colors, becoming bright yellow again. My neighbor came down to visit one year saying he had a canary trying to enter his house,& if he would catch it,did I want it.I told him what he had was a goldfinch & showed him a pic of it & he said, yes, that is the bird. So,I was thankful I was able to educate him some of the wild life we have here.He said he loves to hear our macaws,he feels as if he`s living in a jungle.I said it`s not so fun to have them yelling at times.Another neighbor from down at the end of our lane walked up in search of the racket one time & said they thought a fox had a rabbit up here.Oh,well, they are good "watch dogs" for people coming & going from our lane.I always know if someone is outside.
