I believe this is a baby hummingbird,his colors aren`t fully developed yet.We have many this year,I love to watch them racing around the yard.I`ve about been hit in the head a few times.The little female came close to my face & peered at me last night when I was working in the yard pulling off dead leaves & buds from flowers.I could have picked her up as she landed on the flower I was working on.This is my idea of having fun.People will ask me,what do you do for fun? Being out in the woods & with nature is the best fun I can ever have.
