Almost done

I have the apron & shoes to make yet.The pattern gave you a normal head & a wide head,I choose the wide as the wide was used in the sample doll.I need to invest into some artists pencils. At least I`m working on dolls again.
I gave 2 prayer shawls to people in the past month. Here are the ladies I prayed for & with.Of course our whole group prayed for them too.I have 2 more made, well, almost. One is done,& one almost done.

How wonderful Phyllis, that you were able to personally give your prayer shawls out and pray with the ladies!!! I am working on some dollies for Haiti, and I also am in the process of starting a Prayer Bear and Prayer Shawl ministry. I know that there is a real need for this type of ministry. We need to Lay HANDS on people we pray for, and I believe that people that are older, sick and lonely are ministered through with these types of actions of LOVE! I also think your doll is nice. I didn't catch if the doll is for you or a gift for someone. Anyways, wonderful work...keep it up!

Yes,I have everyone in the room lay hands on her when I pray, the first time was scary, but I felt God`s spirit lifting me & the words came out naturally.
The doll I`m making is for a challenge on Doll Net,the wide eyed Wendy doll challenge by Judi Ward.
Thanks,& blessings to you both,love,phylliso

Oh Phyllis-I'm so glad I visited here! You have the answer to my prayer for someone I love...so I'm getting out the knitting needles. Thank you so much! And God richly bless you!!

Thank you Debra, but it wasn`t me,it was God who made us friends.
My own family was getting tired of my "homemade "gifts,so I`m thankful God had a purpose for giving me this gift of making things by hand.phylliso

It's so nice you can deliver your prayer shawls. A double blessing--for you and the person who gets it.

I have three to take to church, but I don't get to deliver them myself to the recipient.
