I bought knitting needles & a crochet hook from Sarah Pollard Wyatt on ebay years ago.She makes beautiful needles as well as shawls pins,chop sticks,other things.I highly recommend her needles.For me with my RA they are easy to grasp & hold.Everyone remarks at how unusual & lovely they are,my "fancy"needles they are called.Sarah is on facebook too.

This makes me want to learn to knit.
Never too late to learn,it`s very relaxing to meditate while I knit.If you lived closer we could go to shawl meetings together where we are teaching people to knit & crochet.Maybe your church has such a thing started,alot of churchs are doing this now.phylliso
