I`ve been blogging so much of the pics of butterflies here,so sorry,but they just facsinate me so much with their colors I find myself chasing after them through the yard with the camera.
I don`t believe I`ve ever seen this butterfly before,I believe it is the astyanax red-spotted purple butterfly as I`ve went through page after page of butterflies on the internet.The body has some blue in it,one side of him I couldn`t capture very well as he was flitting around so much,but he was striking in color to say the least.
