The boys will be 4 years old shortly.Their fleece I`m pleased to say has remained kid fleece.I was reading about angora goats & some people say that their fleeces aren`t as nice as they age,but then somewhere else I read that they can continue to grow kid fleece throughout their adult life.Their mohair is still so soft & has alot of curls in it.Blackie is turning gray though,but his will soon go into the dye pot.
I`ve been keeping busy washing fleeces & flicking the locks open,it is as soft as it looks.
