no transplant for husband

The University of Pa. called on Fri.& said that they reviewed my husband`s records & he will not be getting a transplant. So,all hope is lost now & we will just have to accept this.We have not told him yet.He has been sleeping a lot.

Leaving you with pictures of birds at the feeder. The goldfinches are slowly changing their colors.

That sucks. I am so, so sorry. Can you appeal the decision?

no,we can`t appeal. It seems he now needs a kidney as well as a liver,& they won`t do kidneys in first time patients over 50,& they have no one surviving a second liver transplant with hep c.
I wish my husband had tried the herbs when he first starting being sick.I just give it all to God,He knows what we all have to go through & will be with us as we do.thank-you,phyllis

As you well know, you can never give up hope--I just pray that you all find the comfort and peace at this part of your journey...

I am praying too dear one. Can you get him to try the herbs even now? Maybe it would help....
God bless you dear.
