Last week when I was out digging in the yard trying to find spots for the plants we had to dig up to put the greenhouse in,I found this glass bird in the ground.It looks like a paperweight,but I don`t remember it as something I had out in the yard,we have been living here for about 25 years.But as I was saying about feeling low....God reminded me of His being with me always.

I used to get more depressed over the weather than I do now-I'm not sure what made the difference, but maybe just being so busy inside with my various art projects...
Something else that may help if you suffer from the light disorder like I do, is an Ott light. They have a light spectrum like natural sunlight. I have a small one, and last winter I think it helped a lot.
