Happy Birthday to me

I know I`ve blogged about my special birthday in the past,however some may not have heard the story,so I will repeat it.
Fifty nine years ago my great greatmother Sapp laid in the hospital miles away from here,& she was dying.Before she passed that day,she asked my grandmother,whom was at her side,"how is Edie`s baby girl?" Edie was my mother.My grandmother looked at her & said,well,she hasn`t had the baby yet,mom. Unknown to my grandmother was the fact my mom  just did give birth to me in another hospital miles away.They put the story together later,amazed about my greatgrandmother`s wisdom that day.My husband always said,well,that`s a heck of a way to remember you! But I looked at it in another way,I felt a spiritual bond to the greatgrandmom I never knew.
I celebrated with going with my family to a crab feed as I do every year.Of course,I had to bring some Md.crabs home with me to eat again today!
